User’s account

Sales agreement
When placing an order, the user confirms that he is acting solely for private purposes

The sales contract is binding from the moment you receive the order confirmation from us. Payment

Withdrawal from the contract

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us immediately. You can use the form available on the website for this purpose. Then the product must be returned. The maximum time for returning the product is 14 days from sending the return form. The seller is obliged to return the funds within 14 days from the date that he received the returned package. The refund will be made using the method used for the original payment. The cost of the return are borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a refund or to refund some funds if the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use.
User obligation
